From the 1st phone call I received amazing service. I had some obstacles that I had to take care of which kept me from moving in as early as I liked. All due to state requirements at the DMV but everyone at the storage facility were more than understanding and helpful. Plus they called me back!!!!! Great place, Great service, Great Price, and Fantastic people. Yes this is the place you should store your belongings.

Hi! I've been a customer since they invested in my neighborhood a few years ago.

I thought their Manager, Tasha, couldn't be beat, in terms of customer service, but I was wrong! Tara, from my home state of Michigan, is out of this world. She provided a solution that will save me money, AND GET me more space. That's just what I needed to make my family's summer more fun!

Well what can I say everything was pretty much taken care before I arrived at facility. Susan was very friendly & showed me the unit before returning to her other duties. All in all everything worked out as planned!! Thank you very much

This place was awesome! Convenient and easy access. Secure! Susan in the front office was great. She made the painful moving and rentals both simple and painless. She is very friendly and takes time with all her customers.

Agent at facility was friendly and informative. She was clear and quick and made sure everything was in order for us.

This is just a quick letter to say thank you for the outstanding service that Andrea Munoz provided.

We did not have a copy of our storage container keys, and were prepared to have the lock cut off, but Andrea searched diligently and was able to find extra keys, consequently sparing us that expense. But even more than that, she had such a pleasant, efficient, can-do attitude. When we explained what we were going to need to do to unload the container, she was very willing to work with us, and presented creative alternatives to make the job easier.

These days, it seems harder and harder to find people who are committed to providing excellent customer service. Andrea is one of the rare exceptions. Although we will be closing out this current unit rental, if we find ourselves needing storage space in the future, we definitely know where to go!!

I have rented 4 units for about five years now. This property over here is always in top shape and every time a concern has come up Andrea, Will and Anna are constantly on top of it and go the extra mile to make sure I am a very happy customer. Dear Management; I would like to express our sincere appreciation of the work Ethic demonstrated by Andrea! She is so cheerful and responsive to our customer care while we are there taking care of our business needs of storage, and routine check of Mail! I am a Federal Employee at the VA Medical Center, and I recieve small parcels weekly, and because of Andrea's dedication and awareness, I am over-whelmed with her awesome character! I trust my storage and mail is safe, due to her Daily Watch and Personage!! I only wish that more people in her responsibility and role could be like her. I have rented my space and mailbox there for two years now and will continue doing bussiness at Stapleton for much more time to come.....you have an excellent Employee working there, and Thank you All for a job well done in promoting an enviorment that is friendly and Service oriented!!!

I have a storage unit here and I haven't had any problems. The staff is very courteous and very kind, any time I need to speak to them they are there for me. I am a senior and they have been kind enough to give me a discount. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

The process was fast and friendly and at a good price.

I moved cross country and needed a storage unit for my belongings while I was in an extended stay. When I called the staff to verify the reservation they were extremely helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this storage location due to the security and friendly staffing.

Needed space you did just that for me

I was in such a hurry because I needed to get back to PA. Toshia was very helpful, understanding, and just over the friendliest person I met during my ordeal in CO this time. We got to chatting and we both forgot my drivers license was still in the copy machine. She called me as soon as she noticed it but I was already on the road through Kansas. She sent it to my house overnight main and it got home before I did. I have had many storage units over the years and never was it as easy and pleasant as working with this place and Toshia. I wish the places here in PA would be more like Colorado Springs Self Storage.

My experience here has been excellent. I've been a customer for years and the staff hare is so friendly, clean and always aware of everything that goes on with the property and tenants. I've recommended a few people for the same reasons. Staff is so friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you Andrea and Ana for doing good job and being so friendly.

I paid my code, went right to my spot and moved all my stuff in. The customer service was great and very helpful, and the place is really clean and seems like it's going to be perfect. It was cheap and easy.
